What does he mean by criminalization?
HIV criminalization requires people with HIV to disclose their status to sexual partners or be jailed despite the fact that studies show successful treatment such as >50 copies (undetectable) eliminates the risk of HIV transmission etc.
Yeah, I wish they had all of what was said.
