Important Update 

We just found out today from Heritage of Pride that they are changing our permit, and we will now be lining up for the march in a different time and place than we stated in previous messages:

The ACT UP float will be in Section 8 – Gather on 38th St between 5th and 6th Ave (closer to 6th Ave) at 11:30am

We will have banners, costumes, signs, as well as fliers and condoms to distribute all demanding an improved, non-discriminatory, sex positive HIV prevention strategy that will combat the tragic rise in infections being seen among gay youth and other marginalized populations.  We will also be calling for an end to the anti-public health policing practice that uses condom possession as evidence for prostitution charges.  We need your powerful voice and presence for ACT UP to have a strong showing at Pride!!
